My name is Richard Sophir (rhymes with “chauffeur”). I'm a native of Omaha, Nebraska and have lived in greater Kansas City for over 37 years.
I established my rep agency, Sophir Premier Lines, LLC, on March 1, 2006. The company is based in the Kansas City, Missouri suburb of Leawood, Kansas. The area in which I market my products is approximately a 200-mile radius of Kansas City, including portions of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.
I represent eight specialty coatings and wallcoverings manufacturers. Each is truly a "premier" company. Each is well known and highly regarded in its respective field. Each brings outstanding products to the commercial construction industry, and each offers excellent technical and sales support. I am honored and proud to be their representative in America's heartland.
And now, beginning in spring 2010 I am genuinely excited to be promoting the absolute finest architectural paints to be found anywhere (Kansas City market only), products of Benjamin Moore & Co.! Through an exclusive arrangement with Zeke's Paint and Design Centers' seven area stores, I am now a real "one-stop" source for nearly everything paint and wallcovering related. Special coatings, traditional paints, and myriad specialty and conventional wallcoverings are now available with one phone call to me.
